This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at The Patch Mania. If you have any questions, please contact our team.
All items will be shipped within 8 to 14 business days after you confirm your order and payment is received by us. Items are shipped every day, (excluding public holidays).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are estimated during initial price quote, based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us by email to do so. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Time Exceeded: If a delivery is late, if we have provided tracking then we request you first of all review the tracking information provided and contact the carrier directly. If you are left unsatisfied after doing so, please contact us so we can investigate.
Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you receive a parcel that is damaged in-transit, please contact us by email, and we’ll agree next steps with you – if you can provide photos of the outer packaging, that’s helpful for our subsequent investigation.
