The Patch Mania backs every product we manufacture with outstanding customer service and our 100% quality guarantee. All patches are unique and custom made to order. Each custom patch is created by our team using the information you have provided in order to produce the product you want.
Due to the custom nature of the patches, all sales are final. Once an order has been submitted for production, it may not be cancelled for any reason.
If the product we manufactured is found to be defective, we will happily replace it (at no additional charge to you). You just need to send a written explanation of the problem within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.
If you need a refund then no remake will be done and refund will be processed upon return of products and once the issue has been confirmed, you will receive the refund.
Refund requests are accepted up to seven (7) days from the date of placing the order with The Patch Mania. Any claims requesting a refund must be made to your customer representative before this period has passed.
During The Mockup Sample Phase:
If you are unsatisfied at any time during the designer mockup process and would like to cancel your order, The Patch Mania will issue a full refund after receiving your request.
During The Actual Sample Phase:
We will produce the actual sample directly after your approval on the designer mock-up. Once the actual sample has been made and you decided to cancel your order, a non-refundable amount of $50 will be deducted from your resulting refund amount as a compensation for any material, mold, or production costs.
During Full Production:
Your order enters into full production immediately after you approved the actual sample. At this stage, all the materials required for your order have already been purchased and your product is being manufactured. If you decide to cancel your order during this period, a non-refundable amount of 60% of your total order value will be deducted from your resulting refund as compensation for all material fees, mold fees, and production costs incurred by The Patch Mania.
After Your Order Ships:
Since all products offered by The Patch Mania are completely custom manufactured specifically for your order and therefore not re-usable by other customers, refunds are not provided after your order has shipped and you have received its tracking number. However, under special circumstances as determined by The Patch Mania, partial refunds may be issued. If you feel that your order falls into this category, please submit a claim to our customer service team within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of your order. Please note that all claims submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after this date are invalid and ineligible for consideration.
