By placing an order with The Patch Mania, you acknowledged these terms and conditions.

Custom Orders:
All products are custom made based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s
responsibility to ensure all details (design, size, colors, quantity) are correct before approving the order.

Pricing & Payment:
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before production begins.

Order Approval:
Production will only begin after customer’s approval on the final sample. Once approved, no changescan be made.

Production & Shipping:
Estimated production and delivery times are provided but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Replacement:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if a product is defective or does not match the approved sample, we offer replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, designs, or trademarkssubmitted to us. We are not liable for any copyright violations.

Limitation of Liability:
The Patch Mania shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
